These Terms & Conditions betjd (betjd.ws) and all its users as a legally binding agreement. betjd operates an online platform for betting enthusiasts in Bangladesh, offering betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and a variety of other sports.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all of betjd's services, features, bonuses, promotions, and account management. betjd reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
• In the event of any dispute, betjd's decision shall be considered final.
• The Bengali version of the Terms & Conditions shall be considered the official governing document.

To register an account with betjd, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created using false details will be terminated and all balances may be forfeited.

Eligibility to Register

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a legal citizen or resident of Bangladesh.
• Each individual may register one account only.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must remain active.

KYC Verification

Betjd may verify your identity at any time for security purposes. This process may require a copy of your National ID, passport, or birth certificate. Withdrawals may be restricted or suspended until KYC verification is complete.

• Verification documents must be clear and legible.
• Submitting false or altered documents is strictly prohibited.
• The KYC process typically takes 24–48 hours to complete.

Betjd supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's popular mobile banking methods. All transactions must be made from an account registered in the user's own name.

Deposit

• Minimum Deposit: ৳100 (Mobile Pay / Nagad / Rocket).
• Deposits are usually credited to your account within 2–5 minutes.
• Betjd charges no additional fees on deposits.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted and may be forfeited.
• If a deposit is unsuccessful, please contact support within 24 hours.

Withdrawal

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500।
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Large withdrawals may be held pending until KYC verification is completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.
• Maximum withdrawal per day is up to ৳50,000.

Welcome Bonus

• New members on their first deposit 200% bonus up to.
• A minimum first deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify for a bonus.

• Each user is entitled to the welcome bonus once only.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly and may only be used for betting.
• Withdrawing before the wagering requirement is met will result in the bonus being forfeited.

Bet Acceptance

• Bets are accepted only before the match begins or within the live betting window.
• Pre-match bets cannot be cancelled once the match has kicked off.
• Minimum Bet: ৳10; maximum bet limits vary by market.
• Betjd reserves the right to void any bets placed at abnormal odds resulting from a technical error.

Match Cancellation & Results

• If a match is cancelled, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.
• If a match ends before the scheduled time, betjd will determine the outcome based on the circumstances at that point.
• Bets are settled after official results are published.
• Betjd's decision is final in the event of any dispute regarding results.

Live Betting

Betjd's Live Betting feature lets you place bets at real-time odds while a match is in progress. Odds change rapidly during live betting, and bets are not confirmed until accepted. Bets may be rejected due to network delays.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the betjd platform. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Multiple Accounts: Opening more than one account under the same person's name.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting the bonus system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Match Fixing: Attempting to influence or collude in the manipulation of match outcomes.
• Arbitrage Betting: A strategy of placing bets across multiple markets to guarantee a profit.
• System Manipulation: Attempting to hack or manipulate betjd's software or odds system.
• Money Laundering: Using a betting account to launder illicit funds.
• False Information: Providing false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.

Betjd may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances.

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or submission of fraudulent documents.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months).
• Upon receipt of a court order or directive from a government authority.
• Account closure requested by the user themselves.

If an account is closed for reasons other than a rule violation, any valid balance will be refunded. However, balances may be forfeited in cases of rule violations.
